At Biz Fly High, we aim to ensure a smooth experience for both buyers and sellers. Below are the guidelines for returning items and requesting refunds for services and products purchased through our marketplace.

  1. General Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
  • Return Window: Most physical items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds for Services: Refunds for services rendered by skill-based sellers are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are possible if a service was not delivered as agreed or described.
  • Digital Products: Downloadable products are non-returnable, but refunds may be considered if the product is defective or not as described.
  1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.

We will review your case and provide instructions for returning the item or addressing the service issue. Sellers will be notified to assist in resolving the matter.

  • Buyer’s Responsibility: For general returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrectly described by the seller.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: In cases where the product is defective or misrepresented, return shipping will be covered by the seller. Buyers are encouraged to provide photos and details when reporting such issues.
  1. Refund Process
  • Physical Items: Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item, the refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method within Seven business days.
  • Services: For service-related refunds, our team will mediate with the seller to determine if a partial or full refund is appropriate based on the situation.
  • Digital Products: Refunds for digital products are granted only in cases of product defects or misrepresentation.
  1. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for physical products depending on availability and the seller’s specific policy. If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued instead. Custom or one-of-a-kind products may not be eligible for exchanges.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of receipt. We will assist you in returning the item and will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

  1. Skill-Based Seller Policies

Each skill-based seller may have their own return and refund policies, which should be reviewed before making a purchase. In the event of a dispute, our platform will mediate to ensure a fair resolution between the buyer and seller.
